The Bobby Deol and Kangana Ranaut-starrer, earlier titled Roshan, will now release in theatres as Vaada Raha. Director Samir Karnik says, “Eros International, who are the producers of the film, wanted the change in the title as they felt that marketing the film would be more convenient.”
Vaada Raha is an emotional drama. “It gives out the message saying that one should never lose hope. It is a family-oriented film based on relationships. Bobby plays a doctor, who is faced with an incident that changes his life forever,” says Samir.
Speaking about his experience working with Bobby and Kangana, the director says, “This is the third time that I’m working with Bobby. He is a fantastic human being and he has now become my favourite actor. I enjoy shooting with him. Kangana is a talented actress.”
The film was to be released this month but owing to differences between producers and exhibitors, it will now release in May.
